Win the market with our Do It N.O.W. campaign. This turn-key, marketing campaign will help you find and secure listings for the changing 2024 real estate market. Avoid the chaos and serve the listing every time. Outperform the competition and build long-term business.

For the past few year real estate agents were busier than ever as sellers took advantage of a hot market and many houses sold almost as soon as they hit the market. But agents who have been in the business for years know that these hot times don’t last forever. They also know that when it does it will be more important than ever to rely on the best practices that allowed them to succeed in type of market.

Reponzell Morris, a REALTOR® in Atlanta, knows firsthand that this is true based on her experience during the Great Recession in 2008.

“Buyers stopped buying homes abruptly and the number of pending clients in my pipeline was depleted,” she recalled. “Homeowners were asking me what they should do because they were behind on their mortgage payments.”

Reponzell buckled down and relied on the Buffini & Company work-by-referral fundamentals she had learned a year prior that had helped her expand her business.

“I utilized the core system of calls, notes and pop-bys,” she said. “Buffini & Company helped me navigate the recession by reminding me that I am the expert that people need. They helped me by giving me information to assist clients with their homeowner options.”

Reponzell also started working with Buffini & Company Coach William Tyler which she said, “changed my work and personal life!”

Her results speak for themselves. Not only has she tripled her annual gross income, but she has reduced the days and hours that she works and takes vacations when she wants.

William praises Reponzell as “one of the most determined, thoughtful and caring people I know.”

“From day one she embraced coaching and consistently moves forward with building a strong referral-based business,” he added. “Once she sets her mind to do something she gives her all to accomplishing it.  She loves serving her clients and her community and always gives God the glory for the success she has.”

Ben Andrews, a real estate agent from Portland, Oregon, has a similar story. During the Great Recession Ben said his leads “dried up, seemingly overnight.”

“With minimal leads coming in I began to appear desperate to my clients and felt like a loser at home because I wasn’t able to provide any sense of security and was all in all a miserable person to be around,” he said.

The decision to work with Buffini & Company changed everything. It gave him the tools and structure that he needed.

Referral Maker® PRO was a lifesaver for me. Having an athletic background, the CRM became a training plan as it provided me with short-, mid- and long-term goals,” Ben says. “Referral Maker laid out exactly what I needed to do each day with the number of calls, notes and pop-bys. With consistency on my end Referral Maker allowed me to predict when and where my business was coming from.”

Ben’s great attitude is a key to his success according to his coach Beverly Cairns.

“Ben is a ‘get it done’ type of guy and client,” she said. “He enjoys challenges and obstacles. He shines in them and he does it with a sense of connection and humor.”

In 2010 Ben and his wife had 11 transactions with an average sales price of $354,245. In 2021 they had 72 transactions with an average sales price of $668,811. Their sales increased from $28,900 to $850,000. They now only work 30 hours a week and enjoy plenty of vacation time.
